" Every Tannique bag is made to order with love. Standard orders are shipped within 7 days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on where you live. If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so before dispatch. Once it has been shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. If cancelled before shipping, any courier charges already incurred will be deducted. In case of any delay, we’ll always keep you updated via Email/WhatsApp. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above INR 2000. For prepaid orders that get returned because the delivery couldn’t be completed, reshipping costs will need to be covered by the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders come with a small handling fee of INR 100. We may cancel or adjust an order if there’s a pricing error, unavailable item, or suspected fraud—but don’t worry, we’ll always let you know right away. "
