Returns are accepted only if the item has a manufacturing defect, and this must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, the bag must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (including the box). Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase handy. To start an exchange, simply write to us at [insert your email]. Once approved, we’ll share the steps for return pickup. Please note that items sent back without approval can’t be accepted.
